Order and Shipping Information

We process all paid orders as fast as possible. Our carriers use different cut-off times based on the destination country. Please take into account that we must rely on them to deliver your order. We monitor the progress of each shipping, but once the package leaves our warehouse we have very little influence on its whereabouts.

How do I order a product on E-cigsmart.com?

You can order products in our store in 3 simple steps:

  1. Place your desired product in the cart and continue to the checkout page.
  2. Check if you’ve got everything you need and fill in your details. Make sure you provide the correct information.
  3. Complete your order by paying using PayPal, where you can also use your credit card, or iDeal.


  • If you don’t have an account with us yet, we recommend you create one while checking out. We value your personal information and we have no interest in spamming you. Having all your information makes it easier for us to deal with any problems with your order.
  • If you are experiencing issues during checkout, please try and remove your cookies and try it again. You can find detailed instruction on how to remove your cookies in your cookie policy.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to the UK, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and The Netherlands.

If you live in any other country, current regulations might still allow us to ship some of our products to you. Please contact us at [email protected]art.com and we will see what we can do.



What are the shipping costs?

Orders above ₤30 are shipped free of charge to the UK, Germany and The Netherlands. For orders under ₤30 we charge ₤4.45 for shipping costs.

Orders above ₤40 are shipped free of charge to Switzerland. For orders under ₤40 we charge ₤10 for shipping costs.

Orders above ₤50 are shipped free of charge to the Norway. For orders under ₤50 we charge ₤10 for shipping costs.

When do I receive my order?

The average delivery time within Europe is 1 or 2 days. The average delivery time outside of Europe is 10 working days. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please get in touch with us by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
