Cuttwood produces shortfill e-liquid in the US with a 30%PG/70%VG ratio. These nicotine free flavours come in a 60ml bottle filled up to 50ml so you can add 10ml of base. The nicotine strength and PG/VG ratio of the base you add will determine the end result.
